Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE we are not responsible for any customs or import fees.
Our shipping center is currently on a limited schedule.
Please Allow 1-2 days for shipment processing.

You will receive tracking information in a Shipment Confirmation email you will receive as soon as a label is created for your package, and is read for pick up.  Please note that any packages prepared for shipment after noon EST, may not be received by a postal pick up until the following business day.

Our Shipping Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please remember to check and confirm your shipping address in your Order Confirmation Email.
PAYPAL USERS:  Please be aware that Paypal may sometimes change your shipping address to a past address that may be associated with your Paypal account, during the checkout process.  Be sure to check that the correct shipping address is confirmed in your Order Confirmation Email.

Q&A

"Help! My package is missing!"

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  1. Verify that the shipping address is correct on your Shipping or Order Confirmation Email.
  2. Look for any attempted delivery notices the delivery service could have left.
  3. Check around to see if the delivery service left the package somewhere "abnormal".  We often find that packages will be left at the side of the house or back door when no one is home.
  4. Double check if a neighbor has accepted the package for you.
  5. If you can, try to catch your delivery person, or check in with your local post office. This has been proven to be the best and FASTEST way to locate a misplaced package.  99% of the time this is how any misplaced packages have been located. (while delivering a package, a postal worker MIGHT scan the item before actually delivering the package, and then if they cannot find a safe place to put the package, they will wait until the following delivery day to attempt to make a drop off. This ends up being a little confusing, but most of the time this is the case)

"Do you offer any expedited shipping options? 1 day? 2 day?"

Due to our limited schedule, we cannot offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

 

"Is Saturday considered a business day?"

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered business days. Business days are considered to be Monday-Friday, excluding National Holidays.  USPS might deliver packages on Saturdays, but this isn't always the case. 

 

"Do you ship packages on the weekend?"

Unfortunately our shipping center is closed Saturdays and Sundays.  We are also closed on National Holidays.

 

"Do you ship internationally other than Canada?"
